Bayside pastor sentenced to five years in jail for sex abuse

Queens Supreme Court Justice Barry Krohn sentenced the Rev. Phillip Joubert to a five-year prison sentence Thursday after the pastor of the Community Baptist Church in Bayside was convicted last month of sexually abusing his teenage daughter in the summer of 2009. Comments (3).
