The exhibit explores pilotless aircraft and the history of drone technology. Visitors can fly actual drones and explore the use of drones in police and fire departments, fashion, and art.

Putt your way through a nine-hole miniature golf course that teaches the science of spaceflight. Players will explore key science concepts such as propulsion, gravity, escape velocity, launch window, gravitational assist, and more.

10 am to 4pm.

Ffamilies, and especially children ages 5-12, enjoy an interactive gateway to the wonders of the Museum and a hands-on, behind-the-scenes look at its science.

1:30 pm to 5: 10 pm.

Middle school, high school and college students, along with attendees will learn about career opportunities in the maker world. The evening includes hands-on activities, career conversations with experts in the field, and networking. Light refreshments will be provided. Chaperones required for students under age 16. R.S.V.P. required.

A family fun festival to MAKE, create, learn, invent, craft, recycle, build, think, play and be inspired by celebrating arts, crafts, engineering, food, music, science and technology.

The Studio is the Museum’s drop-in space where visitors of all ages can create media and other projects. Stop by and create your own puppets and animation inspired by The Jim Henson Exhibition. Activities include animating puppet faces, paper bag puppets, mixed up monster game and coloring. Recommended for ages 4 and up and their adult companions.

Addy & Uno is a new musical about disability, bullying and friendship. As Uno, a child with autism, faces the challenge of competing in his school’s math competition, his friends with varying disabilities - ADHD, visual, hearing and physical impairment - rally in support. Told through puppets, the show celebrates the abilities within disability, and inspires empathy and the understanding …

Ready to be amaaazed? Kids and adults alike will have fun finding their way out of this 3-acre corn labyrinth! The adventure begins with a "Stalk Talk" to prepare you for the challenge of finding clues, solving puzzles, and making your way out of the maze. Feel up to the challenge? Then join us for the fun of getting lost and loving it!
