The Oratorio Society of Queens celebrates its 85th anniversary! To celebrate this historic landmark in community music-making, the chorus presents Beethoven’s “Mass in C, Op. 86” as well as a special Armed Forces Salute, African-American Spirituals and Opera highlights. 4 pm.

We have become very aware of the hardship and grief suffered as a direct result of traffic accidents. The church has decided to take positive steps to help people learn safe driving techniques with the hope that the number of collisions will be reduced. In addition, participants will receive a mandatory insurance premium reduction and their violation point total will be reduced. It would be greatly appreciated if you would help us by publishing news of this upcoming course, as often as possible, through your Community News Section. With your help we can have a large impact in our community and county. 9 am.
