KEW GARDEN HILLS — Police were asking the public’s help in finding a 84-year-old man who has been missing since Tuesday. The man, Fyat Kaplan, was last seen at his home around 2 p.m. wearing green sweat pants, a grey flannel shirt and a grey sweater. Police described him as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds. Comment
