Kern Stewart, 25, of 143−24 184th St., allegedly started to punch the victim at around 12:22 p.m. March 3 in front of the Home Depot in Springfield Gardens at 132−20 Merrick Blvd., according to the criminal complaint. Comment.

Boro teen shot man with BB gun: Brown

Christian Markowitz, 17, of 101−64 95th St., allegedly pointed the BB gun at the victim and fired a shot in the man’s chin between 2:20 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in front of 89−11 Arion Road in Ozone Park, according to the criminal complaint. Comment.
