Despite the sudden snowstorm of a few weekends ago and some recent cold temperatures, it is springtime. On Sunday the Queens Botanical Garden in Flushing will host the fourth annual Gardening Day to help motivate residents to shake off the remnants of winter and start planting.
The event is scheduled to kick off at 12:30 p.m. with a talk by QBG
