For more than 12 years, Holocaust survivor Alice Fischer of Forest Hills has been trying to claim her inheritance, a sum her father spent years amassing in a bank in neutral Switzerland before he died in a Nazi concentration camp.

Her father was a successful businessman from Czechoslovakia who traveled throughout Europe. Anticipating that he would not live to provide for his children
