PS 31 in Bayside got a little fall cleaning done over the weekend.
More than 50 volunteers from the New York Cares Program spent Saturday painting, cleaning, planting, and sprucing up the District 26 school. The group was part of 10,000 volunteers who spent Saturday working to improve the appearance of schools throughout the five boroughs as part of New York Cares Day 2000.
