During the regular season, the team compiled an extraordinary record of 52 wins and just two losses. No matter what the situation was, the girls always found a way to pull it together.
In the semi-finals, the girls beat St. Thomas More from Breezy Point. In the finals, they faced Our Lady of the Snows, winning the championship in two games. The girls had won their second championship in a row and their third Diocesan championship in four years. Their dedication and hard work is what has made this team so successful.
The team: Nicole Bagatta, Shannon Galvin, Katie Haran, Tabitha Hertler, Katie Paskor, Jenna Rizzo, Danielle Sharkey and Teresa Sorrentino.
