Prudential Realty Yankees 9, St. Robert’s Tornadoes 3. The Yankees continued to play like big league ballplayers, with solid defense from Tyler Ruiz, Zachary Rosenblum and Teddy Lampropoulas at the pitcher’s position and Anthony Bradica at first, along with the sure gloves of Max Aru and James Ortega.

Hitting the ball well were Darren Minsky, who blasted a big double; Jun Yoo, who had three hits, including a double; Aaron Geffen, who had three hits and two RBIs; Alex Ligas, who had two hits and three RBIs; and Rosenblum, who had three hits and an RBI.

Anthony Bradica also showed great hustle with his base-running and sliding, while Lampropoulas provided some clutch hitting.

The Tornadoes played a solid all-around game, led by Iggy Giammone, Mahmoud Rahman, Kyle Leyman, Michael Gottlieb, Kevin Lagos and Calvin Tan. Also swinging the bat well were Justin Rodgers, Austin Park, Ricky Mann, Alex McCrorie, Jami Palumbo and Kevin Baez.
