With Kenneth Tomlinson scoring goals in the first and second periods, Flowers appeared to be on the way to an easy win. The action see-sawed in the third period with Erin’s goalie J.D. Schabhuttl shutting the door on Flowers. Anthony Lenis scored the go-ahead goal with a pass behind the net that hit the goalie and found the back of the net. Eric Wong banged in his 33rd goal of the year. Steven Rufo had two assists, while Jet Lem and Robbie Posch each had one assist.

Erin’s Isle 6, Flowers by Peter 5. In an exciting game, Erin’s Isle topped Flowers by Peter, 6-5. It was a close game throughout. Frankie Gazio netted two goals with his stay-at-home play in front of the net. Joe Tully added a goal with a rush from the defensive zone. Alexi Malo found the net and Matt Malo, in addition to scoring a goal, played a great defensive game. Joseph Favalora had a few scoring chances but came up short. Thomas Bellismo had an outstanding game between the pipes.
