How’s Business? Call power

By Joe Palumbo III

When researching companies in regard to new technology, the defining points I look for are whether the company is more cost effective than the options offered out currently; whether the technology offered out gives a company a shot at going to the next level of business play; and if a company is already a well-established entity, does this technology still make sense? In Dial Power's instance, I must concur on all aspects. This is a technology-based system that allows a company of any size to run a call center operation effectively. It allows a company to have the same technology options that a behemoth like CitiGroup or the like can easily afford. It can allow a company to realistically grow faster without the high-end costs attached. The technology is based on the same principle as leasing, termed “plug and play,” meaning a company only pays for what it uses. Also, it is 100 percent compliant with all federal regulations. So how's business in regard to Dial Power? In today's business society, having advanced, cost-effective technology is the key to growth and expansion, be it for a push to go over the top, or to save capital for already well-established companies. You can get ahead in business today without having large amounts of liquid capital readily available. All you need is a solid business model that gives you corporate-sized ability with realistic budget amounts that are affordable. If you are already a large company, then technology of this nature can save the company a lot of money while still offering out comparable, and in most cases even more advanced, technology. This may be the future in call center technology. You can visit Dial Power at www.dialpowerusa.com or feel free to contact the Palco Group.Joseph J.
