The Pullum and Sibling Fuel Oil Companies, two commercial- and home-heating firms based in Zerega for more than two decades, are constructing a new headquarters on Zerega Avenue that will more than double their space and allow the companies to expand, a co-owner said last week.
The steel-and-cinder block building, rising on a block-long lot between Commerce and Watson avenues, will include 4,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet for parking and truck maintenance. Those numbers are up from 4,000 and 2,000 square feet, respectively, at the companies
