The students of District 20 hit a high note during the most recent meeting of the districts Community Education Council (CEC). Students in bands and choruses at five of the districts elementary schools provided musical performances at what the CEC had dubbed the districts winter concert, which took place during the February CEC meeting, at Public School 164, 4211 14th Avenue.
