A Spencer Estate resident is fuming at phone company Verizon after a repair truck clipped and ripped the bumper of his parked car on Wednesday, January 10, then sped off.
The alleged hit and run came around 8:30 a.m. on Research Avenue, near the corner of Ampere Avenue, where the Verizon truck was double-parked next to Thomas Losito
