Ryan Leli, 18, of Head of Harbor, L.I., was fined $1,000 and banned from Shea Stadium and Keyspan Park for three years. In August, Leli was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, falsifying business records, petty larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal impersonation and trespassing, after he used a fake NBC press badge to get into restricted areas, including the playing field, press box, clubhouse and dugouts, the DA said. The original charges carried a possible sentence of up to seven years in prison, according to the DA.
