From search and seizure operations to domestic crisis interventions, area youth will test their skills at the 2008 National Law Enforcement Exploring Conference.

The 45th and 49th Precinct Explorers will join together with five advisors to compete as a team at the nationals this July.

The Explorer program gives youth, age 10-20, insight into the daily operations of the local precincts, while allowing them hands-on experience in a controlled environment.
