JAMAICA A South Ozone Park man was arrested April 7 on suspicion of stealing frozen oxtails from a company the New York Post identified as his former employer, authorities said.
Selwyn Oneil was found in the back of RCL Enterprises on Rockaway Boulevard shortly before 10:20 p.m. after he scaled a fence and removed several cases of oxtails, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Queens district attorney's office. He was charged with petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and trespassing, the DA said.
