Oakland Gardens home burglarized: Police

OAKLAND GARDENS — Jewelry, cash and a projector were taken from an Oakland Gardens home that was burglarized Saturday, police said.

The unknown burglar forced his way into the home on the 206th Street block of 50th Avenue through a front window between 4:30 p.m. Saturday and 12:01 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Several rooms of the home were ransacked, police said, and a projector, jewelry and an undetermined amount of cash were stolen.
