LONG ISLAND CITY — A 21-year-old man and two teenagers were arrested Saturday after police saw them spraying graffiti on a pole on Northern Boulevard in Long Island City, police said.
The three defendants — a 21-year-old man, a 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman — were charged with criminal mischief, making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments after police saw them spraying the pole at Northern Boulevard and 48th Street in Long Island City, police said.
