ASTORIA — A construction worker was in critical condition Tuesday night after falling from a crane, police said. The victim, a man in his 40s, was in the bucket of the crane when a vehicle collided with it, knocking him out, police said. The man was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said.
The incident was under investigation at press time Tuesday, police said. No criminality was suspected, police said.
