ARSON INVESTIGATION RAMPS UP ON CITY ISLAND

The New York Fire Department has stepped up its investigation into arson that effected a large condominium development on City Island while a reward is being offered by local civic groups for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a fire that occurred at 190 Fordham Street on Friday, July 13, 2007.

The fire occurred during the early morning and lit ablaze the entranceway to the City Island Historical Society
