In an attempt to restore and strengthen the relationships between Bronx teens and the NYPD, one local group is re-opening the lines of communication.
The Bronx Youth Empowerment Program joined forces with the 47th precinct to create CONNECTIONS, a program designed to educate youth on proper societal behavior while giving them an opportunity to question authorities on their own enforcement methods.
