AUBURNDALE — Police said a man held up a woman at knife−point and robbed her of her handbag late Saturday night.
Police said that at about 9:45 p.m., the victim was walking down Fresh Meadows Lane near the intersection of Auburndale Lane, when an unidentified man approached her from behind. Authorities said the man displayed a knife and took the victim’s bag before fleeing northbound on Auburndale Lane.
No arrests had been made as of press time and the investigation is ongoing.
