BAYSIDE — Jewelry and watches were taken from a Bayside home during a burglary Friday night, police said.
The burglars entered the home on the 215th Street block of 29th Avenue through an unlocked basement door when they struck between 8:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. Friday, police said.
Assorted jewelry and watches were taken from the home, police said.
A neighbor said he noticed a suspicious black Chevy truck on the corner of the street at around 9 p.m., police said.
