John F. Marian of Melbourne Beach, Fla., died Oct. 15. He was 66.
He was born in Bayside and moved to Brevard County, Fla., in 1988 from Savannah, Ga. Marian was a retired senior building official for the city of West Melbourne, Fla. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus; U.S. Army Special Forces veteran; and volunteer with the Brevard County Parks Environmental Services.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, two sons, two sisters, three brothers, seven grandchildren, 35 nieces and nephews and 46 grandnieces and grandnephews.
Calling hours were held Oct. 18 at the Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home in Melbourne, Fla. Mass was held Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Melbourne Beach, Fla. Burial took place Oct. 19 at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge, Fla.
