FAR ROCKAWAY — A man and woman were arrested last week after a violent fight in their apartment, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Arthur Kindle, 44, of Grassmere Terrace, was arraigned Dec. 28 on assault and harassment charges, according to the DA’s office. Michelle Summers, 49, who also resides at the address, was charged at the same time with menacing and harassment, the DA’s office said.
Around midnight that day, the two got into a verbal argument and eventually Summers pulled out a knife, began waving it in Kindle’s face and said, “I’ll do you,” the criminal complaint said.
During the fight, Kindle allegedly hit her with a shovel, causing lacerations, according to the DA’s office.
