LAURELTON — A Long Island motorist was killed early Monday morning while traveling on the Southern State Parkway, police said.
Andre Stephenson, 31, of Rockville Centre, L.I., was driving in his 1991 Acura near the Southern State Parkway and South Conduit Avenue around 1 a.m. when he veered and struck a tree, police said.
EMS crews pronounced him dead at the scene, according to police.
No criminality was suspected in the accident, investigators said.
