A South Jamaica teenager was shot and killed early Monday morning as he was returning home from a nearby bodega, his friends said.

Police said they responded to a 911 call just after 7 a.m. on Ferndale Avenue, where they found 18-year old Raborn Chesson with gunshot wounds to his torso and left leg. Chesson was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival, police said.

The NYPD described Chesson’s suspected shooter as a black male, about 19 years old and standing 5-foot-6 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds and wearing black jeans and a white hooded sweatshirt with white drawstrings.

Friends gathered outside Chesson’s home later in the day, mourning the loss of the young man who was known as Little D.

“He was just a great guy. He was a joker. He could always make you laugh,” one woman said.

Arkan Hassan works at the bodega around the corner from where Chesson was killed. He said the young man came in and bought an asprin, and when he left he got into an argument outside. Hassan said he heard about three shots go off.

Chesson’s girlfriend of three years, Nay Allen, said she was told he was able to make it the 100 feet or so from where he was shot to his front door, before collapsing.

I see its the woman who instigate. Or should I say, the children because that's what you are. You enjoy to kill someone every year. When you get caught then you rat your friends out and cry facing jail. Stop sending msgs by killing each other. We need the troops. NYPD cannot handle this alone. We need troops!!!!!
