Man steals money from bank account: Police

REGO PARK — Police were asking for help in finding a young man who stole money from an account that was not his last month at the Apple Bank in Rego Park.

Authorities said the man walked up to the ATM at the bank, at 102-29 Queens Blvd., May 16 at noon and took the money.

The perpetrator is described as white, 20 to 25 years old, about 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, thin and clean-shaven with short black hair, police said.
