FLUSHING — Aung San Suu Kyi, leader of Burma’s democracy movement, will speak to an invited audience at Queens College on Saturday, Sept. 22, at 9 a.m.
It will mark her first visit to America since her release from house arrest in her home country. Suu Kyi will take questions from Queens College students after speaking, and there will also be musical performances and readings before Suu Kyi addresses the local Burmese community.
