Hit-and-run killed victim in Rosedale: Cops

ROSEDALE — According to police, a man died as a result of a hit-and-run last week. As of Wednesday afternoon, police had not yet released the man’s identity.

Police said the victim, a 31-year-old black male, was struck at the corner of Francis Lewis Boulevard and 246th Street after 3 a.m. Dec. 19.

Cops found the victim unresponsive with body trauma and took him to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
