LONG ISLAND CITY — Police arrested a man who was depicted in surveillance video allegedly smashing his way into a Long Island City warehouse with a fire extinguisher, cops said.Kenneth Chapman, of the Bronx, charged with burglary and criminal mischief in connection to a break-in at a warehouse on 24th Street last week, police said.

Chapman, 22, allegedly stole various household items and used a fire extinguisher to break through a sheetrock wall, police said.
