QUEENS — A Queens man was arrested by the federal government Feb. 13 on suspicion he smuggled ceremonial libation cups carved from rhino horns out of the United States and into Hong Kong, the New York Post reported. The man, Qiang “Jeffrey” Wang, was one of three people charged in a crackdown on the killing of endangered rhinos and the illegal trafficking of their horns, the Post said.
