Joe Moretti from Jamaica says:
Let’s get one thing straight and be real. There are no nice neighborhoods in Jamaica. People always bring up St. Albans, Cambria Heights, Rosedale, Springfield Gardens, Laurelton, yet all of these places have seen many shootings and killings in them. NEWSFLASH: Nice civilized areas DON’T have shootings and killings every month or at all. AND nice civilized areas don’t have hood rats running all over the place with guns shooting and killing all the time.
TWO MORE SHOOTINGS IN JAMAICA, ONE DEAD, ONE WOUNDED IN THE SUPPOSEDLY “NICE HOOD” ST. ALBANS

Jamaica and all the communities in it are GHETTO, plain and simple. They have litter all over, all kind of crap, vacant lots with garbage, unlicensed and junked vehicles on the streets and yards, dirty delis on every other corner, 99 cent stores, crap retail and hood rats running wild, as yet another shooting & killing took place Friday in St. Albans.

AND how many is that since a few days before Memorial Day. I have already lost count.

These areas weren't always bad, back when Rochdale Village opened it was 90% Jewish, no crime, ladies could walk pushing their shopping carts with pocketbooks hanging from their shoulders, then the change happened, and it happened overnight, they were gone and the next thing you know Rochdale has security guards all over they place, all the building where parties were held were locked and closed, the only ones out after dark were drug sellers.
