MASPETH — An Elmhurst UPS worker was arraigned last month for allegedly changing multiple shipping labels at the Maspeth UPS facility where he worked so Samsung and Apple cell phones being sent to customers were instead sent to his house, the Queens district attorney’s office said. Comment
