81-year-old blind man mugged in Sunnyside

SUNNYSIDE - Police from the 108th Precinct were looking for two suspects wanted for the violent mugging of an 81-year-old man on Oct. 26. William Eichorn, a legally blind Sunnyside resident, was withdrawing cash from an ATM machine at the Chase branch at 46-10 Queens Blvd., when two heavyset, black males in their 20s to 30s approached the victim and punched him in the face and removed $100 in cash as well as his debit card, according to the NYPD.
