Fund-raising campaign held for children of murdered LeFrak mother

City Councilwoman Julissa Ferreras (D-East Elmhurst) has opened an education fund and launched a public fund-raising campaign for the children of Brandee Anastasia Massey, the pregnant mother of four who was shot and killed in front of her LeFrak apartment on the day before Thanksgiving. Stabbing, fire occur at same Flushing building

At around 8:50 a.m., a stabbing was reported on 143-45 Sanford Ave. on Parsons Boulevard. Two people were then taken to New York Hospital Queens, according to FDNY spokesman Brian Norton. Comments (1)
