The NYPD was looking for a man who allegedly stole a cell phone and wallet from a sleeping passenger inside a northbound F train in Elmhurst. The 41-year-old victim awoke around 4:30 a.m. April 23 and discovered the wallet, which contained several credit and debit cards, had been taken, police said. Comment
