For the members of the Queens College coaching staff, there are no defined roles. Sure Kyrk Peponakis is the head coach and Wayne Zweigbaum and Kirk Liddelow are the assistants.But as far as their weekly duties go? That gets divided up based on availability. Such is the reality when the entire staff is part-time.This is nothing new at Queens, it's been the same way since Peponakis took the reins from Norm Roberts 11 years ago. He brought Liddelow in the same year and retained Zweigbaum.
