It is wonderful to see so many nations, including our own, having responded to the massive earthquake in Haiti. While there are many ideological differences across the globe, there is one important commonality that links all of us: We are human.
We care and are helping our fellow humans who are now suffering in Haiti. There are rescue teams from everywhere — the United States, Russia, Israel, China, England, France, Canada, Belgium and other nations of the world who are reaching out to help.
So despite the many disputes between nations, when there is a natural disaster in any part of the globe, nations unite to help in those stricken areas.
