Police on lookout for College Point robbery suspect

COLLEGE POINT — Police were reaching out to the public with hopes of finding information on a suspect wanted in a reported robbery within the 109th Precinct.

A male suspect entered the Game Stop store, at 132-23 14th Ave., around 9:55 a.m. Oct. 23 and demanded money after displaying a firearm, the NYPD said. The store clerk complied and the suspect fled with an unknown amount of cash, cops said.

Police said no injuries were reported at the incident.

Anyone with information about this robbery was asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.The public can also submit their tips by logging on to the Crime Stoppers Website at nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
