RICHMOND HILL — A 58-year-old man was discovered bound and apparently beaten to death inside his home Wednesday evening, police said.

Officers responding to a 911 call found Noel Hidalgo inside his residence on Jamaica Avenue near 108th Street around 3:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said Hidalgo was tied up and had trauma to his head. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and the investigation was ongoing, according to cops.
