LONG ISLAND CITY — Police were searching for a man who they said stole $20 in cash from a pizzeria June 11.

The burglary suspect entered Andres Pizza on 40th Avenue at 4 a.m. by breaking the glass front door, according to cops. He then stole a cash register which contained $20 and fled, police said.

Those with information should contact NYPD’s Crimestoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), visiting its website or texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
