25-year-old man found stabbed to death in Elmhurst

ELMHURST — Police responding to a 911 call of an unconscious man in Elmhurst Tuesday morning discovered a 25-year-old man inside a dwelling on 80th Street near 45th Avenue unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds to the torso, police said. EMS arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene, according to the NYPD.

The victim was identified as David Alejandro Gonzalez, a resident of 80th Street near Baxter Avenue in Elmhurst, police said.

There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
