SE Queens vets in line for small biz loans

U.S. military veterans in Queens with aspirations of building up or starting a small businesses will get a boost from the federal Small Businesses Administration.

Jamaica resident Ruth Young, who is chairwoman of the New York State Coalition for Fairness to Veterans, has brokered a deal with the federal agency which will make loans and educational opportunities available to the borough
