Optimism was overflowing on the soccer field at Queens College at the end of last season, and for good reason. In its inaugural season, the Queens College women's soccer team finished with a 6-10 record. With the Lady Knights winning five of their final eight games of the year, head coach Roby Young could not wait until this season. And who could blame him, with a solid core of returning players and a healthy group of recruits.
