But the restaurant at 171-10 Northern Blvd. is more than just a buffet with diverse and interesting fare. Owners Myung Park, and Yun No, along with manager Sue Shon, said the main reason for opening San Soo Kap San 2 was to experiment.
The different cuisines, chefs, and styles of service the restaurant implements on an almost daily basis are a way to appeal to the diverse population in Queens, Park said.
