The Queens Kiwanis Sports Association is holding registration meetings for baseball and fast pitch softball on consecutive evenings this month at Le Cordon Bleu Caterers, 96-01 Jamaica Ave. Woodhaven.
The first meeting, for managers and coaches of Senior and Junior Division baseball and softball teams (ages 15-16 and 17-18), will be held Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 7:30 p.m..
The next night, Thursday, Jan. 23, for managers and coaches for the Met and Yankee Division teams in both baseball and softball team (ages 13-14 and 11-12), will also meet at 7:30 p.m.
There are no geographic boundaries and teams from the entire New York City metropolitan area are welcome. All players are entitled to try out for Tournament Teams. Such teams represent the Association in PONY League, RBI, Greater New York Sandlot Baseball Alliance and other tournaments.
