A grand jury charged two of the three men originally arrested in connection with an attack against off-duty 52nd Precinct Police Officer Eric Hernandez at a fast food restaurant two weeks ago, as the cop continues to fight for his life after being shot by a fellow police officer in the wake of the melee.

Police have arrested two other men in connection to the beating that led to a case of friendly fire when a responding police officer shot the off-duty cop, resulting in the amputation of Hernandez
